Achievements

  • With extensive industry research and collaboration with the in-house R&D team, I launched 2 anti-aging products for the AGE Smart category while managing a 60+ SKU portfolio.

  • Presented and pitched products at Global Summits, sales meetings, and educational seminars.

  • GWPs (Gift-with-purchase) was a key promotional strategy for Dermalogica. The bundles were designed based on careful consideration of product combination, inventory management, and pricing strategy. These kits successfully trialed new products and promoted the trial and purchase of additional run rate SKUs.

  • Led cross functional teams through product development and go-to-market for each product launch.
